This project brings together two properties in the village of Lavaud: La Bâtisse and la Maison-Gîte de la Tribu de Lavaud. The owners of these two places cooperate to create and manage an ecological pole of personal development and creative renewal.

This cooperative society owns land, a property well known until then under the name of "la Maison Domain", and now called "la Bâtisse". This cooperative distributes among the permanent residents rights of private use or shared on the different spaces. The cooperative's shares are owned by permanent residents but also by third parties wishing to invest in the project.

The association Les Ondes Claires and mandated by the Coopérative d'Habitants d'Ostal Deman to manage artistic activities on the site. The association can also take charge of off-site activities offered by association members.
