Unleash the inner child!
Medical research proves it: laughter is good for your health. It reduces stress, boosts the immune system, banishes gloomy thoughts... and as Jean-Luc explains to us, it works the same way whether the laughter is spontaneous or intentional. But don't worry, you won't have to pretend for long, because laughter has another well-known quality: it's contagious!

An activity particularly accessible to families, young and old create shoulder to shoulder for an afternoon of joyful sharing.
